Here I'm going to show you how I re-heat my thick Dominos Pan Pizza (extra cheese-extra sauce-pepperoni-mushroom). There is a little crisp left on the bottom as I eat it, but I just use a fork, I'm not trying to bring the pizza back to perfection, I'm just trying to use up the pizza without it being a pain, right? Let's eat.
Just delivered fresh;
After eating most of it last night (omg is it goooood), I didn't wrap the pizza at all, just left it in the box, closed the box and put it in the fridge. Today for lunch, I made up the leftovers.
Cold from the fridge, I'm going to put it on the plate I'll eat it on, and cover it loose with syran wrap.
NOW for the magic. How to cook it? Put it in for one minute full power? NO! That's when you have burnt edges and cold center. We need to heat it very slowly and gradually to let the heat permeate the pizza entirely.
Do this;
Place in center of microwaves turntable.
Program the microwave for 8 MINUTES @ 10%. That ... is key!
When it's done, microwave it another 15 seconds on high, full power.
Taken out of the microwave, it's time to carefully remove the plastic wrap, and enjoy.
Grab a fork and find something to watch ... it's as good as fresh, and the middle is just as hot as the edges. Hope this helped!
